PLATINUM - Sweet Memories Package
Our deluxe package includes a personalized ceremony by an interfaith minister, extra pampering  during your stay, the BBTS photography package and the following items:

• Customized  intimate ceremony performed on the beach, in our gardens, fireside at the inn or any Brewster location of your choice. The personalized ceremony, performed by a lovely interfaith minister, includes details of your love story, how you met, fell in love and got engaged. This package also includes a private review of the ceremony the day before with the minister.
• Champagne and/or Sparkling water toast with chocolate covered strawberries after your ceremony
• 3 night stay in the Refugio Suite or deluxe room of your choice (best available at time of booking!!).
• Premium bridal bouquet and groom boutonniere
• Long stem roses in your room and rose petal heart scattered in your room on your wedding night.
• Couples  60 minute massage during your stay
• Bridal manicure and pedicure the day before at a local salon
• Bridal hair and makeup done in your room the day of your ceremony
• Celebration dinner for 2 at our most romantic Northern Italian restaurant.
• Gourmet breakfast each morning with afternoon tea and a turn down service with truffles
• BBTS  photography package that includes pictures of your stay and  ceremony with portrait and beach pictures afterwards. Pictures are given to you on a CD and includes a  movie DVD of your ceremony. All of your pictures will be displayed on “PICTAGE” which is a wonderful on-line resource where your family and friends can purchase pictures of your special day. (you control photo access). 

If you would like to include family and friends for your ceremmony we charge $45 per person (maximum 10 guests) for property use, extra pictures and champagne and strawberries for your guests.
We can also help plan a dinner reception after the ceremony. (See dinner options.) If you decide to have a dinner reception your wedding night with guests, you can save the dinner for two included  in this package for another night during your stay. Extra room nights can be added and will include a 10% elopement discount off of regular room rates..

we created this package for couples that want a  personalized ceremony and want to include family and friends for the ceremony. The package includes a delicious meal and wedding cake celebration afterwards.

Rate schedule and Season description:

Our rates change from year to year and the following season description can be used for your initial planning. Our wedding planner will help you with your dates and the appropriate rates for those dates.

High Seasonis Mid June Through Columbus day weekend in October

Mid Season- Mid October through November and April through Mid June and some winter holidays

Quiet Season- December through mid April (Valentines weekend are consdiered mid season)

.Cancellation and Payment Policy

Payment Policy - 50% down at time of reservation with balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy - Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the start of your stay allow us to refund your deposit less a $100.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations within the 14 days prior to the start of your stay require a forfeiture of your deposit.
